Using Glimpsing

You must be at least 13 to use Glimpsing. You're responsible for what you post and for keeping your account secure.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a limited license to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, only so we can run the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Community rules

No content that sexualises minors. We remove it and report it to the authorities.
No harassment, threats, or content shared without the consent of the people in it.
No illegal content or spam.

You can report any Glimpse or person from inside the app. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Strict Mode

Strict Mode is a voluntary commitment tool. It uses Apple's Screen Time APIs, can be turned off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings, and always includes an emergency unlock.

Subscriptions and purchases

Glimpsing Premium and storage add-ons renew automatically through the App Store until you cancel them in your App Store account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. If you start a free trial and don't cancel, it turns into a paid subscription.

Streak restores, freezes and gift months are consumables. They're non-refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. That permanently deletes your account and everything you posted. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

Glimpsing is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for content other people post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
